Jennifer Aniston is Ready for the Next Chapter in Home Design, But Not Before One Last Bash
Jennifer Aniston’s ten thousand square foot home, surrounded by lush Beverly Hills’ greenery is now for sale, according to People Magazine. The house, which was mentioned in a 2010 issue of Architectural Digest has won a great deal of praise because of the famous actress’ vow to make the space match her personality. After purchasing the space, set in the hills, in 2006, Aniston spent millions to bring it up to her expectations. Part of that transformation meant re-adapting the his-and-hers baths to a mine- and-mine, spa and bath coupling.
In addition to the expensive wool and silk, plush rug that adorns the master bedroom, there is a very contemporary, yet enticing platform bed. In fact, it seems that the actress has a design style that tends toward the more modern, sophisticated line. A clean, yet colorful design palette was the perfect choice for the actress who admitted that she likes to entertain as much as she likes entertaining. This seems an appropriate statement from the forty-two year old who won world-wide recognition as a major cast member on the hit television series, Friends.
While much of the furniture and the vast majority of her personal belongings had already been removed from the extravagant space, Aniston had to celebrate one more time with friends and family before departing the space, which she once remarked “vibrates with the love that created it.”
The Manhattan Penthouse apartment that Jennifer is reportedly buying will likely call for a little different design approach. The six million dollar space has just one bedroom and one bath, which means that this actress and fashionista is likely going to be searching out luxurious storage beds rather than another spa-style soaking tub. That is the price one pays for leaving a Beverly Hills mansion for life in the Big Apple.
